Let me tell you a little story…
My top associate, Donna Tidwell, and I were having lunch one day and we were talking about the problem that homebuyers were having these days.
We both agreed that now is without a doubt, one of the best times to buy a home, that we have seen in our lifetime.
Prices have dropped, sometimes in half of what they were and mortgage rates are the lowest we have ever seen.

When we first met Shannon and Matt they were looking for another rental because their lease was about to expire.

1 bedroom 1 bath rental!
Plus… she even received over $500 back from her original $1,000 at closing!
